🐾 BREEDING PHILOSOPHY & EXPERIENCE
How long have you been breeding, and how did you get started?
We first raised Cavaliers in 2016 nad started breeding cream Goldens in 2019.
How do you ensure your puppies are well-socialized before going to their new homes?
We love spending time with our puppies. We currently have three females and do our best to make sure they’re well-socialized through hands-on interaction and playtime with our family and children.
What steps do you take to ensure the health of your puppies (e.g., vet visits, health testing, etc.)?
All puppies have health papers from our vet, are dewormed, and receive their shots on time. We focus on socialization and are very intentional with good genetics in the parents.
🏡 FAMILY LIFE
Can you tell us a little about your family and your personal hobbies, or other areas of expertise or work?
We are a family of five—Dad, Mom, two sons (Lewis and Isaiah), and one daughter. Dad works installing cabinets with a small business and was with the same company for 12 years. We enjoy lots of outdoor activities!
We also have our own horses, ponies, chickens and rabbits. We feel so blessed to raise our children around animals and nature.
🏠 HOME ENVIRONMENT & SETTING
What kind of space do your puppies grow up in, and do you have any favorite spots where you like to sit with the pups or let them play?
Our puppies are raised in a clean, safe environment and spend time both indoors and out. When the weather is nice, we love letting them play outside in the grass. If it’s too cold or rainy, they enjoy cozy playtime in our garage or inside the house. They especially love playing with toys and getting attention from the kids.
🐶 PUPPY CARE & PERSONAL TOUCHES
How do you prepare each puppy for their new home?
Each puppy gets a vet check and lots of socialization. Our children are especially great with this! (But adults also enjoy it too!)
What do you send home with each puppy?
We include food and puppy information in a folder so new families know what kind of feed and care to provide.
What advice do you usually give to new puppy owners?
Most people are so excited to get a puppy! We always go over the info folder and help them get off to a good start.
💬 PERSONALITY & HEART
What’s one thing you wish every family knew before bringing home a puppy?
God is the only creator of puppies! “The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof”—Psalm 24:1. 🙏
A customer once shared that it felt like they were taking the puppies away from our children. But they have lots of animals to care for (including the ponies)—and that’s exactly how we want our animals to feel: like part of the family. 🐴❤️
Do you have a favorite past puppy or family that adopted from you? Or perhaps one you’re particularly proud of?
Nobody famous that we know of—but nobody’s ever returned a puppy to us! 🙌
