šŸ¾ Our Story – Millie &. Jake

My dream as a child was to own a Golden Retriever puppy. Years later, as Jake and I approached our empty nest years, we decided to adopt a Golden from our sonā€”who had already been raising Goldens for many years. That decision changed everything! We soon realized we had found our niche: raising Golden Retriever puppies and sharing the joy and blessings of puppy love.

šŸ” How Our Puppies Are Raised

We value relationships with each puppy from the moment they are born. Moms are more relaxed when weā€™re present, and weā€™re right there to help as each puppy arrives. From day one, our grandchildren love to play and interact with the puppies, and Jake and I spend time every day cuddling, playing, and socializing them. They grow up surrounded by love, making them well-adjusted and ready for new families.

We live on five wooded acres, giving the puppies plenty of room to explore. With doggie doors, they can freely go in and out, which helps with early potty training and builds their confidence.

ā¤ļø The Joy of Connection

One of the biggest blessings has been the friendships weā€™ve made with new puppy families. We love receiving photos and updates as our puppies grow! In fact, one of our past puppies, Lake Breeze Annie Come Sail Away, has gone on to earn numerous AKC titles and is recorded as a companion dog with the American Kennel Club.

šŸŒæ About Us

When weā€™re not with the puppies, we enjoy simple pleasuresā€”long bike rides, spending time in nature, and family gatherings. Jake also works at a stairway manufacturing company and enjoys rebuilding e-bike batteries, while my heart is always with the puppies.

āœØ What You Can Expect

Our puppies go home freshly bathed, fluffy, and sweet-smelling. Each one leaves with:

  • AKC registration papers

  • Health certificate

  • Vaccine & dewormer records

  • Microchip information

  • A sample of food

We encourage regular vet visits, feeding your puppy well, and most of allā€”loving them. The love you pour into your Golden will be returned to you unconditionally.
